Tutorial
We start the process by creating a new document. The document should be a bit larger than the size of the slider you want to create. After creating the document fill it with the light grey color.

Now create a box with rectangle marquee tool and then stroke the selection with white color.

Your image will look like this after the stroke.

Select the foreground color #f99903 and background color #f7a869 and fill the layer with linear gradient.

Now open layer styles and add the outer glow to the layer by using the settings given in the screenshot.

Now add some inner glow to the layer from the same layer style panel.

Now its time to add the navigation to the slider. Before adding the arrows we need to make the background for the arrows. Draw a circle right side of the slider with Elliptical Marquee Tool. Fill the circle with orange color and set the opacity to 20%. Now copy the circle and place it on the left side of the slider. Now write <> from your keyboard with the Bauhaus 93 font.

Now we need to add the shadow to the slider and to do that first we need to draw a rectangle of same size. Fill the rectangle with black color and select the skew transform tool and make it look like the screenshot given below.

Place the black layer behind the original layer, Now select the gaussian blur at the radius of 18.6 pixels and press ok for the shadow effect.

Its time now to add the texture to the slider. Open the texture from the link given in the resources section of the tutorial and place it on the slider. Now set the blending mode to overlay and set the opacity to 20% to get the desired effect.

Now open an image and place it right between the center of arrows of slider.
Open the layer options of the image and stroke the image with white color of 3px.

Open the layer options again and select the drop shadow option for the image. Add the shadow to layer with the following options.

Your image slider interface is ready.
