Design A Cool Business Card For Photography Business

This tutorial is about designing a cool business card for photography work in Photoshop. We will start the tutorial by creating a new document in Photoshop. The size of the document must be 3.5 inch into 2 inch that is the standard size for business card all over the world.

Now fill the background with color #564828.

Now we will add some noise to the background to make it bit rusty. Go to Filter > Noise > Add Noise.

Your background will look like this after adding the noise.

Since it’s a business card for a photographer we need to add a camera to the card. I am using this photographs of camera from DeviantArt. Now cut the camera from this stock image and paste it onto our business card image.

After placing the camera onto the image its time to add the name of the photographer or photography company. I am using Gill Sans font for the title you can use the font of your own choice.

Now add the drop shadow effect to the text from blending options of the layer.

Now write the text photography and adjust it under the name of the photographer. Use transform control tool to make it look like a top angle text.

Now select the background and draw a line under the text with marquee tool and then fill it with the white color.

Now add the address under the line and then give it the shadow effect from layer blending options.

Now time to add the contact no. and we will add it on the top of the business card. Write down the contact no. and then place it on the top right corner. Select the blending options like the address and give a drop shadow effect to the contact number.

Your photography business card is ready. Here is the final image.
